Refunds

If ProofTrail isn’t for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of a purchase or a renewal, whatever the reason. The refund covers the whole amount, sales tax or VAT included.

How to ask

• Write to [email protected] from the email address you paid with, or say which one it was.
• Or ask Link’s support, which handled the payment.

The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

What happens to the license

A refunded license stops working, and its renewal ends. ProofTrail shows a banner, and after 30 days its compliance workspace waits on the license page; the portals, the trust center and your data stay where they are, on your server.

After 14 days

Write anyway if something went wrong, such as a renewal you meant to turn off or an installation problem you can’t get past. Link may also refund a payment up to 60 days after it in some cases.
