If the license lapses
ProofTrail shows a banner, then after 30 days the compliance workspace waits on its license page until you renew. The employee portal, the auditor portal, the trust center and exports never stop, and nothing is deleted.
Your data
Everything stays on your server. The license check sends account.laibe.cc the key, a random id for the installation, its host name and its PHP version, and nothing else. The privacy policy has the details.
Refunds
Changed your mind? You get your money back within 14 days of a purchase or a renewal. How refunds work
Your license
Your account at account.laibe.cc shows your key, its renewal date and the installations using it. Sign in with the email you paid with; there’s no password. Payments go through Stripe’s Link, and the terms cover the rest.
